Same thing happened to me. I mailed in my form on tues.

Called to confirm they received them on Wed. Was told I would have the passport no later than Mon or Tues of the next week. I paid for 3 to 4 day service. On Monday I called to see if it had been shipped.

They said no..the Fedex shipment from me was delayed. They did not say this when I called 2 times before. I would now have it on Wed.

When I pressed them to explain why now there was a delivery delay they said they didn't know why it was held up..and the manager would call me that night..they work all night to resolve issues..No call no passport..they are horrible. Do not use them

Monetary Loss: $10000.
